DECAF Colombia - Sugarcane E.A. Palestina (12oz)
We love that this coffee is decaffeinated using naturally occurring substances instead of taking a bath in synthetic chemicals. The chemistry behind this involves combining ethanol from fermented sugar cane (think rum) and acetic acid (think vinegar), then soaking the beans in this E.A. solution until the caffeine is stripped away. The beans are then steamed, dried, and shipped. From there it's our job to make sure that it is roasted to perfection.
